Job Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) business in the assigned market. The role involves customer acquisition, relationship building, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
1. Generate new leads through field visits, references, cold calling, and local market activities. 2. Acquire new Savings Accounts and Current Accounts (CASA). 3. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. 5. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products. 6. Cross-sell products such as FDs, insurance, credit cards, loans, and other banking services. 7. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
Ideal Candidate
Graduate in any discipline. 6 months to 2 years of experience in CASA / Banking Sales / BFSI Sales. Candidates with experience in Savings Account, Current Account, or retail banking acquisition preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer acquisition and relationship-building abilities.
