Job Overview
The Senior Wealth Manager is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra HNI clients. The role focuses on providing holistic wealth advisory services, driving AUM growth, deepening client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through a comprehensive suite of investment and wealth management solutions.
1.Acquire and manage HNI/Ultra HNI clients through referrals, networking, and existing relationships. 2.Build and grow Assets Under Management (AUM) by offering tailored investment solutions. 3.Advise clients on Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, Insurance, and other wealth solutions. 4.Develop long-term relationships by understanding clients' financial goals and providing customized wealth strategies. 5.Cross-sell banking products including CASA, Fixed Deposits, Loans, and other financial solutions. 6.Achieve AUM, revenue, acquisition, and cross-sell targets. 7.Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend suitable investment opportunities. 8.Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and regulatory guidelines. 9.Ensure compliance with all banking and regulatory policies while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Candidates should have 8+ years of Branch Banking experience, with proven expertise in Wealth Management or Private Banking, strong experience managing HNI/UHNI portfolios, and a consistent track record of achieving AUM and revenue targets.
