Job Overview
Cluster head will be responsible for Leading and Managing a team of Affluent Wealth Managers . The role focuses on driving business growth Acquire and Manage client relationships and generate AUM . Monitor team performance, set sales targets, and ensure achievement of key business and profitability metrics
1) Acquire, manage, and deepen relationships with HNI and UHNI clients by providing customised wealth and other solutions.
2) Drive growth in Assets Under Management (AUM), investments, and fee-based income through effective portfolio management. Monitor team performance, set sales targets, and ensure achievement of key business and profitability metrics.
3) Collaborate with product specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions to clients.
4) Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
5) Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk policies, and operational standards while maintaining exceptional client service.
Looking for Candidates from Banks , Wealth Management firms as Branch Managers , Senior Relationship Managers , Wealth Managers with good vintage and experience in Acquiring and handling HNI / UHNI clients The candidate should possess strong understanding of investment products , financial market updates , strong track record of driving business growth, managing client portfolios, and delivering superior client outcomes .
