Job Overview
A broking firm is a financial institution that acts as an intermediary connecting buyers and sellers in financial markets. They provide the trading platforms and infrastructure required to trade assets like stocks, bonds, commodities, and derivatives, while also handling KYC verification and demat account opening.
1.Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify potential high-net-worth (HNI) clients, acquire new accounts (Demat, trading), and deepen relationships with existing customers.
2.Product Sales & Advisory: Focus primarily on selling equity-based investment products while aligning with the client's risk appetite and investment goals.
3.Cross-Selling: Generate additional revenue by cross-selling mutual funds, structured products, insurance, and other financial services.
4. Ensure all sales and client dealings comply with SEBI and KYC legislation.
Ideal candidature should be someone with 3 to 6 years of experience in direct sales of Wealth / financial products (Equities, Mutual Funds, Insurance) within the BFSI sector.Candidates with exposure in insurance sales ( Direct and Agency channel ) also can be consider for the above role
