Job Overview
A Credit Card Portfolio Manager is responsible for driving the profitability, risk management, and overall strategic growth of a credit card portfolio. They analyze data to optimize customer acquisition, manage credit limits, and monitor portfolio performance against established KPIs.
Job responsibilities
1) Kickstart customer usage on CC on UPI, International transactions, activate Card control and contactless usage.
2) Manage Limit enhancement / Limit Decrease program, track performance and improve base throughput basis policy inputs.
3) Increase the spend category width per customer by analysing customer behaviour and category affinity.
4) Monitor and increase the authorisation rate of transactions in the portfolio.
5) Review and reconcile merchant campaigns/ lounge usage files for better cost management.
6) Track Credit Card key parameters across the industry and drive report automation.
7) Good knowledge of Excel/data analysis tools/PowerPoint tools.
