Associate Manager-Acquisition (Current Account) in a bank is responsible for acquiring new current accounts from businesses, companies, traders, and professionals to grow the bank’s Current Account (CA) portfolio and generate business revenue.
Job description
1) Acquire new current accounts from SMEs, MSMEs, corporates, traders, and business owners.
2)Identify prospective customers through market visits, references, business networks, and lead generation.
3) Build relationships with business owners, CFOs, finance heads, and decision-makers.
4) Focus on high-value customers with potential for salary accounts, merchant services, payment solutions, and other banking products.
5) Deliver a smooth onboarding experience by conducting thorough documentation checkups, strict KYC verification, and AML compliance.
6) Enhance account profitability by cross-selling business solutions, including POS machines, trade finance services, business loans, and corporate credit cards.
Ideal Fitment: Looking for candidates with minimum 2 + years of experience in current account , CASA, SME, Corporate sales/B2B sales in BFSI. .
