Job Overview
As the Lead for BIU (Analytics & amp; MIS) , you will be the data backbone for the Retail Asset Secured department. You will manage a multi-vertical team to deliver actionable insights across diverse products (Home Loans, LAP, Auto, Education Loans, LAS/LAMF) and multiple sourcing channels. Your mission is to bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making for senior leadership
1) Strategic Reporting & Governance: Design and publish high-impact dashboards for the MD, CBO, and Business Head (BH), and National Sales Heads (NSH), Zonal Sales Heads, RSMs, Branch Channel teams, etc.Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Daily Performance MIS covering the entire lifecycle: Leads → Funnel → Logins → Sanctions → Disbursements. Maintain specialized trackers for Part-Disbursements and pending document closures. Multi-Vertical & Channel Analytics: Analyze performance across distinct verticals: HL-DSA, LAP-DSA, AL-DSA, and Branch Asset Channels.Evaluate channel-specific productivity for DSAs, Builders (APF), Auto
2) Dealers, OEMs, and Fintech partners - Identify trends in sourcing quality, TAT (Turnaround Time), and conversion ratios.
3) P&L amp Monitoring - Partner with Planning & Finance teams to reconcile monthly P&L statements. Deep dive into product-level profitability, yield analysis, and cost-of- acquisition across different verticals.
4 ) Cross-Sell & Growth Initiatives: Design and track Cross-Sell programs to maximize portfolio value. Utilize data to identify untapped opportunities within the existing customer base.
5) Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 8–12 members (a mix of On-Roll and Off-Roll staff), with a focus on scalability as business volumes grow
6) Collaboration- Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in the bank for delivering the desired output. Looking for candidates with 8yrs of experience in Analytics/MIS within a Bank or NBFC, specifically for Retail Secured Asset products. And hands-on experience in developing and implementing meaningful, actionable dashboards, management presentations, strategic insight reports for senior management, internal stakeholders, as well as coverage teams
o Education: MBA/PGDM from a premier institute (preferably with specialization in Finance/Data Science related subjects) o Technical Skills: Expertise in SQL, SAS, or Python for data extraction Hands on with Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, etc.) Advanced Excel/VBA skills for automated reporting. Digital/Tech savvy, basic understanding of and curiosity for various recent AI tools/developments
