Job Overview
1) Knowledge of advance excel, power point, word, outlook, etc.
2) Knowledge of preparing reports, Sales MIS and publishing it on daily basis as per requirement.
3) Computation of DST (off role) staff incentive and Publishing COA reports.
4) Team management quality to manage 7-8 curing officers, who are responsible to cure FTNR applications and get the better conversion from pickups done by curing officers .
5) Co-ordination with all the stake holders in the team – RSM’s, ASM’s, SM’s & DST’s and guiding or instructing them for completion of daily work.
6) Managing vendor agreements and Biometric device control mechanism and sourcing process •
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in managing similar kind of role preferably part of a sales team .Conversant in speaking and writing English & Hindi. Knowledge in advance excel, power point, word, outlook, etc.
