Job Overview
The Leader is responsible for managing a team of Treasury Sales RM's who are responsible for providing the Treasury Solution to the customers in the assigned region, which includes cash & liquidity management, foreign exchange, and hedging strategies.
Job Requirements
1) Manage the team of RM's who are responsible for Treasury sales.
2) Guide the team to provide the best Treasury solutions, ensuring 360-degree focus on the customers after understanding their needs.
3) Achieve Volume/Revenue FX targets through existing and prospective clients.
4) Drive New Customer acquisition/activation and generate incremental FX revenue from the client base.
5) Products – Forwards, Derivatives, FCTL, LRS, FDI/ODI, Travel Card etc.
6) Ensuring 100% wallet, Margin Maximisation, Product structuring.
7) Keep the customers updated on the latest happenings in the Financial Markets.
8) Liaise with various Product and coverage teams on driving FX revenues.
9) Ensure sales and compliance standards are adhered to in the regulatory framework.
Looking for candidates with experience managing a team of Treasury Sales RM's. The applicant must have proven experience & Knowledge in Treasury Sales
