Job Overview
Manage end-to-end recruitment for banking sales positions (e.g., Relationship Managers, Business Development Executives, Wealth Managers, Sales Officers, etc.).
1) Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, sales targets, and candidate profiles.
2) Source high-quality candidates using job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and field sourcing.
3) Screen and assess candidates for sales capability, banking knowledge, target-orientation, and cultural fit.
4) Conduct competency-based interviews using banking-industry benchmarks. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for bulk and niche sales roles.
5) Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and feedback with internal stakeholders. Ensure timely communication with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.
6) Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratios, sourcing mix, candidate conversions).Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and compensation benchmarks in the banking sector.
