Job Overview
BDM will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for credit rating/fund arrangement services to Mid & Large Corporates, SMEs, Start-Ups, NBFCs, etc. Being in the boutique financial advisory firm you are to provide the best Credit Rating Advisory, Corporate Loan Syndication, and MSME & Start-Up Consultation to improve their credit profile, raise capital efficiently, and navigate complex financial landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for credit rating/fund arrangement services (corporates, SMEs, NBFCs, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CFOs, promoters, finance heads)
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, client referrals, and cold outreach.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Meet assigned revenue and acquisition targets through new business development and renewals.
Looking for candidates from Credit rating companies or loan syndication, or SME finance, with good networking in the region, applying for. Candidate must have good communication & mentoring skills.
