Job Overview
As a Premium Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining high-value customers for our leading bank. You will be responsible for acquisition of NTB customers accounts sourcing. You will be the face of the bank, engaging with customers and providing them with the best possible service. You will be a key player in driving the bank's growth and success. You will be a leader in the industry, setting the standard for customer service and satisfaction.
1. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new premium customers for the bank.
2. Analyze customer data to identify target segments and develop customer acquisition plans.
3. Develop and manage relationships with existing customers to ensure successful customer acquisition.
4. Monitor and analyze customer acquisition performance and recommend improvements.
5. Develop and implement programs to increase customer retention.
6. Develop and manage campaigns to promote premium products and services and implement customer segmentation strategies to maximise customer acquisition.
7 Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements to customer acquisition processes.
8. By implementing all the strategies towards acquisition of CASA related bank products, and thus by achieving targets, and towards goals of the bank .
We are looking for a Premium Acquisition Manager (#PAM) for a leading bank. The candidate should possess, a flair of sales , and at least 1 year of any direct sales , especially CASA are ideally fit for this job profile. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of success. They should also be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be light-hearted and have a positive attitude, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
