Job Overview
Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall Functioning of the Branch , Branch Profitability , Provide excellent customer service, managing the branch operations, and ensuring the branch meets its financial goals and Compliance
- Manage the daily operations of the retail branch banking, including customer service, sales, and financial transactions.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance and develop plans to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff.
- Monitor and manage branch budgets.
- Develop and implement customer service initiatives.
- Identify and resolve customer service issues.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
Looking for Candidates from leading banks only with good Vintage and 10 Plus years of Experience in Retail Branch Banking of which 3+ Years Exp in Team handling role from Banking Industry.
