Job Overview
The Cluster Head will provide strategic leadership and direction to a portfolio of branches, managing and mentoring a team of branch banking professionals. The role will serve as the key point of contact for all branch banking matters, driving business growth, operational excellence, customer experience, and team performance. The Cluster Head will play a pivotal role in strengthening the branch network, achieving business objectives, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality banking services across the cluster.
1) Responsible for managing and growing the retail banking business within a cluster.
2) Managing a largest business unit include branch heads, operations heads and relationship team.
3) Responsible for the whole profit and loss of the assigned territory.
4) provide quality leadership, encouragement, and guidance to all assigned personnel.
5) Taking various initiatives for increasing customer penetration for sales.
6) Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
7) Managing customer-centric banking operations, forwarding customer instructions to the concerned department & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
Ideal Candidature:
Candidates with 15+ years of experience in Branch Banking are preferred, particularly those currently working as Cluster Heads. Experienced Senior Branch Managers from leading banks who have handled strategic / high-value branches and demonstrated strong business and team management capabilities may also be considered. The preferred age bracket for this role is 38–43 years.
