Job Overview
Responsible for driving the retail assets of the bank from existing customers, providing excellent customer services as per the customer needs, ensuring customer satisfactionby solving queries and complaints.
- Manage the existing relationship and branch resources to generate retail asset leads.
- Identify new sales opportunities for retail lending productsof the bank and also building strong relationships with the customers.
- Work closely with all department of the branch to ensure smooth processing of cases.
- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organisation on a monthly basis.
- Adhere to KYC norms and regulations in the financial service industry.
We are looking for a Manager for Retail Lending at a leading bank. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in banking and lending, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
