Job Overview
Responsible for creating a quality liability book for the bank. Lead a large business unit for acquiring a liability products for the bank. Assigned territory include 20 to 25 branches include a 3 Area Sales managers and a group of Wealth managers and acquisition officers. Products include CASA/FD/RD .etc.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze regional sales performance and provide feedback to the sales team.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region.
- Develop and manage regional sales budgets.
- Monitor and manage regional sales expenses.
- Develop and implement regional sales training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate regional sales staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain regional sales reports.
- Represent the bank at regional sales events.
- Manage regional sales liabilities and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
Candidates with at least 8 to 15 years of banking experience. Candidates needs to have excellent exposure in CASA Sales , Need to have at least 4 to 5 years of team handling experience in the capacity of a Branch sales manager or a branch manager with any banks.
